We regret: Due to an automated system and fixed fee structure, which is financed over a minimum period of 12 months, The Yay! Group Pty Ltd, is not able to process notices of cancellation outside of the review month. Failure to submit a notice of cancellation within the review period will result in an automated renewal of the publishing term. Every 12th or last month, serves as the review month.
It remains the responsibility of the client to communicate offerings and ensure the honouring of these offerings in an ethical manner, therefore not contradicting the Consumer Protection Act, nor boundaries as set within the Advertising Standards of South Africa. Failure to do so and in compromising The Yay! Brand and its clients may result in legal action.
It remains the responsibility of the client to provide feedback in terms of the performance of gift voucher offerings on-site. It is also the responsibility of clients to inform their staff members of offerings and to coordinate internal systems.
The various Yay! platforms contain third party promotions and offerings, as well as links to third party sites.
Although every care is taken to publish offerings with the greatest level of accuracy, The Yay! Group does not make any representation as to the accuracy or suitability of any of the information contained in these offerings or sites and does not accept any responsibility or liability for the conduct or content of the sites nor the offerings made by the third parties. It remains the responsibility of clients to check in to the online platform and book their own vouchers to check the accuracy and suitability of these vouchers and accompanying offers.
Remaining fees on service agreements are payable when 2x consecutive debit order payments are not honoured by the client, at which point the service agreement is automatically cancelled and all services terminated. As the service agreement and accompanying services are financed over a minimum period of 12x months, these contract fees become payable at the point of termination of service.
